Fair use policy
If you have purchased either the Starter, Medium or Large Website Packages and you have the Maintenance Package then you will have the ability to ask for updates to the content of your website each and every month.
This is provided under a “Fair use policy” where by if the updates are considered excessive then WebDesign Simply can ask for additional charges for the work (this will be calculated at an hourly rate of £18 per hour, the total additional charge can not exceed 3 x monthly Maintenance Package charge), however the client reserves the right to refuse. If the client refuses the charges then the updating can be differed to the next calendar month.
If the client has asked for a revised monthly Maintenance Package charge then the above will not apply as this would have been based on the website type and clients business model.
